AGL Australia
AGL was expanding beyond traditional electricity supply into renewable energy services, including home energy management, solar monitoring, EV smart charging and virtual power plants.
We helped AGL understand how customers would actually use these services in real life, focusing on key moments such as moving house or renovating. Through research and service design, we supported pilot programmes that allowed teams to test, learn and adapt as their renewable energy offering evolved.

DAFF was transforming how they regular Australian agricultural products and support farmers and produces get their goods to global markets more efficiently.
We embedded practitioners directly into the organisation, working alongside business leaders and digital teams create a strategic vision they could head towards. Our work helped establish an innovation and investment pipeline, build research and design capability, and support major digital products with embedded service design and business analysts. The outcome was clearer direction and services that made it easier for producers to navigate complex regulation.

Zenith wanted to understand where AI could genuinely add value, without chasing hype.
We worked with their team through mentoring and coaching to build AI and service design capability. This helped them identify practical AI opportunities that improved staff experience and streamlined services, giving them a clear way to evaluate, prioritise and pilot initiatives that made sense for their organisation.
