Arteri is led by Fran Mether, an enterprise design and transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience working across government and industry.

Fran has partnered with senior leaders on complex, high impact initiatives spanning business and enterprise architecture, service and experience design, research, and large-scale transformation. Her work focuses on helping organisations design how they operate and deliver services in ways people can trust, particularly in regulated, public facing and high stakes environments.

She is known for her ability to bridge strategy and delivery, connect human experience to organisational systems, and guide teams through uncertainty with care and intent.

Fran is an honorary Professional Associate with the University of Canberra and Co-chair of Women in Architecture Australia (WIA) and is actively involved in building capability across the design and architecture community.
